He has expertise  in  the  field  of  Customs,  Central  Excise,  Foreign Trade  Policy,  Special  Economic  Zone,  Service  tax,  VAT, Foreign Exchange Management Act and other allied laws.

Abhishek  Jain  is  also an   advocate   by  profession.  He  has worked   with   various   organizations   dealing   in   Indirect taxes.  He  has  worked  with  KPMG  (a  Big4  Company)  for couple of years in its indirect taxation team where he got exposed  to  variety  of  legal  and  compliance  related  issues. For the last two years at RSA he has given various legal opinions, drafted reply to the SCNs, Drafted appeal, undertaken health check-ups. He  is  well   versed  with  Advisory   as  well   as  Litigation and Compliance in the indirect taxation.

Rajat Dosi

Rajat Dosi is a partner of RSA Legal Solutions. He has graduated from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. He has extensive experience in handling indirect tax matters specifically customs, central excise, service tax and VAT. He also has in depth knowledge of the SEZ scheme and provisions of the foreign trade policy. Rajat has represented a number of clients for their indirect tax matters at various forums  including the appellate tribunal, settlement commission, first appellate authority, lower adjudicating authorities, revisionary authority, etc. Prior to joining RSA Legal Solutions, He has worked as a part of the well known Law firm of Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan and Trilegal.

Shweta Jain    is    an    advocate    by    profession    and    has    post qualification  experience  of  more  than  8  years  in  indirect  tax matters in leading law firm of LKS and  (Big4 Company). She is a lawyer and a qualified Company Secretary. She  has  intensely  worked  on  Indirect  tax  matters  entailing various    opinions    and    advises,    health    check-ups,    due diligences,  indirect tax  litigation  including  drafting of replies to  show  cause  notices  and  appeals.  She  has  also  appeared before the authorities and Tribunal. She has been advising the clients in the area of tax planning, advisory and compliances.

Anshul Mittal is Post Graduate in Corporate laws and Indirect-taxation (L.L.M.), she has graduated in Arts and Law (BA LLB Hons). She has worked as a Professor of Law in Symbiosis Law University for couple of years and is now a practising advocate in Indirect-taxation. She has a very fine experience in commercial laws including Indirect-taxes.
